I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin. Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. After reading the reviews I decided to slowly add this to my skin. Now it did burn on the part that was super worse than the other so I made sure to put very thin amounts till my skin could handle a thick application. Id say I put the cream on about 6times the first day by the next day I could already see the difference the swelling and redness went away. The second day I did the same no more slight burning my skin is still dry but it is healing. I would definitely give it a try if you're experiencing eczema for your first time!
